AI can help. Judgment stays human.
A considered role for AI in work where the conclusion needs to hold up.

Give AI a useful, bounded role.
A deal contains more material than any one reviewer can hold in working memory. AI can help navigate that material, surface a possible issue, and explain where a useful answer might be found. That is valuable when the answer remains connected to the evidence.
The product concept makes this connection visible. An answer about customer concentration points to a finding. The finding points to the source. The source supports a calculation the team can inspect. Each step gives the reviewer a way to test the statement.
Calculate the numbers reproducibly.
Arithmetic should not depend on how a question is phrased. An EBITDA bridge, a working capital calculation, or a concentration percentage needs defined inputs and a deterministic calculation. AI can explain the output; the calculation itself stays reproducible.
Reproducibility does not remove judgment. Choosing the period, defining a recurring expense, or deciding whether an adjustment is appropriate still requires a person who understands the engagement and its evidence.
Make approval an explicit moment.
A plausible answer is not an approval. The workflow needs a visible distinction between a surfaced issue, a proposed conclusion, and a reviewed decision. Named reviewers and clear gates make that distinction practical.
In AI Assure, the final report remains open until a person signs off. The goal is to give that person a better view of the deal and a clearer record of the decision they own.
Examples describe a fictional engagement and are intended to illustrate the product workflow.
